Further information for patients
We provide a specialised endocrine (diabetes and thyroid)
antenatal clinic, specialised haematology antenatal clinic and
regional cardiac obstetric clinic.
Conditions we treat
Conditions generally under the headings above. A referral letter
is required from the patients' GP to ensure there is
sufficient background information.
Treatments we offer
Assessment (often jointly with a medical specialist) and
appropriate advice and care during pregnancy dependent on the
disorder.
We also provide a limited service for pre-pregnancy counselling
for women with the above medical disorders.
