Exercise is important as part of living a healthy lifestyle. Having haemophilia doesn't change this it just means you need to think a bit more carefully about what sport and exercise you do. Exercise can be really beneficial as it helps strengthen your musculoskeletal system, which helps protect you. You can find out a bit about which sports are low and high risk here  but your doctor or physiotherapist  is also able to advise you on what is most suitable for you. They will know your specific needs and be able to advise if you need any addition treatment to take part.
