You might be worried about how an employer may react to your hearing condition. It is important to know that you are protected by law through the Equality Act and that employers must make any reasonable adjustments needed to enable you to do your job. You can find out more here. If you are interested in the support that you can access for a job either now or in the future then there is information available here. This might include equipment such as audio leads or radio aids alongside note takers or interpreters.

The National Deaf Children's Society has lots of information about accessing work, alongside finicial support you may be able to recieve.
