Hospital staff can only give information over the telephone to a patient's parents or carers or someone that they have nominated to act on their behalf. 

Most of our bedspaces have a bedside phone and the ward staff will be able to transfer your call.  Some of our wards allow patients to use their mobile phones at the bedside or in public areas such as the playroom, reception or dining room.

There is a WiFi system available for patients and parents to use thier own laptops and smartphones where it is safe to do so.  Please ask staff on the ward to arrange a password for you.
