Cycle to Work Scheme (C2W)
This is a Trust-wide staff based scheme for permanent and fixed
term contracted staff who wish to apply for the Halfords/UHBW C2W
Scheme that opens four times a year for eight weeks at a time.
Applications open in the months below:
- March -May
- July-September
- November - December
- January - March

On-site staff cycle centres
Please view the map showing the location of our
cycle centres here.
We have over 600 cycle spaces for staff to use across each of
the UHBW Bristol sites for any staff to apply for. These are all
safe and secure sites with swipe access as well as CCTV.
At the Trust HQ and BHI cycle centres we have male and female
changing rooms with shower, changing and toilet facilities. There
will be more to come across all of the sites in due course.
All cycle and motorbike passes are free to all staff who have
the permissions to use the facilities.
Staff cycle offers
UHBW eBike hire
Staff can apply for a 2-4 week hire of the UHBW Trust eBikes.
They come in different sizes for everyone to be able to use for
both travelling to work and personal use. For further information

Big Issue eBikes
Big Issue eBikes has launched in Bristol with electric
bikes available throughout the city. University Hospitals Bristol
and Weston NHS Foundation Trust has entered a deal that gives all
staff with an NHS email address a discount on

VOI scooters
VOI scooters has a Voi4Heroes scheme for all NHS staff. For
