As part of treatment for your scoliosis your consultant or spinal team might talk to you about the British Spine Registry. 

This is used to help record and monitor your diagnosis and any treatment. When you move to adult services or if you were to move to another part of the country it allows your spinal team to look at information about your condition and helps to support your care. 

Part of the Spine Registry involves completetion of surveys, this includes before your treatment and following treatment. These are really important to complete and help not just to look at your physical health but the impact of your condition on your life and wellbeing.
