Primary Care Dental Service (PCDS)

Welcome to the Primary Care Dental Service homepage.
UHBW Primary Care Dental Service holds contracts with the local
commissioners to provide dental care for patients who cannot access
routine dental care in regular dental practices.
We run daily clinics from our community departments based at
Riverside Health Centre, Southmead Health Centre, Yate Health
Centre, Charlotte Keel Health Centre, and Weston General Hospital
from Monday to Friday. We also run clinics from St Martin's
Hospital, and a domiciliary service for referrals that meet the
criteria for this.
Our friendly clinic co-ordinators contact patients when an
appropriate appointment is available, but if you have a query or
concern, please contact the relevant site and a member of the
team will be happy to help.
