 | Consultant at University Hospitals Bristol since 1988. Lead for cardiac catheter service at BRHC.  The Bristol
cardiac catheter intervention team have a national reputation for
excellence in this field and have developed leading edge expertise
in percutaneous valve implantation, coarctation treatment and newer
hybrid surgical/cardiac catheter techniques for the treatment of
infants with heart defects. I was elected to be President of the British Congenital Cardiac
Association (the national specialist association for those caring
for children and adults with congenital heart disease).  I
served as president Elect from 2011-2013 and am currently serving a
2 year period as President from November 2013 to November 2015. |
