The Workplace Wellbeing Tool, provided by Business Link in partnership with Health, Work and Wellbeing, is a free resource to help you understand health and wellbeing issues in your organisation.

The tool allows you to measure the cost of poor health and wellbeing; benchmark against other organisations; gives practical advice to reduce costs; and estimates the costs of benefits of investing in workplace wellbeing.
