At UH Bristol, quality and improving
quality is everyone's business. All staff have a role in ensuring
the Trust delivers its quality aims.
These Quality Improvement (QI)
programmes aim to promote and encourage innovation and improvement
within the Trust so that staff with good ideas can bring them to
life; benefitting patients, staff, the Trust and the wider
NHS.
 |
The QI Hub was launched in November 2017 as a place
where staff with ideas can come to seek support and guidance to
bring their idea to life. The QI Project Database is also here,
where staff can explore the QI work that is currently happening
across the Trust. |
Established in April 2017, the QI Academy provides QI
training to members of staff who are interested in making positive
changes in their workplace. The academy focuses on teaching staff
how to implement improvement ideas through practical workshops,
toolkits and mentorship from the Trust's improvement
coaches. |
|
 |
The first QI Forum took place in July 2017. The inaugural
event showcased 68 posters of improvement work that were taking
place from across the Trust.
|
The QI Resources database is a collection of templates,
guides and links to all UH Bristol's QI documents and other
relevant resources to QI and change management.
