Archiving documents

Provisions for archiving should be made during the set up of your study. It is the responsibility of the Principal Investigator (PI) to ensure these archiving arrangements are upheld on completion of the study. The Research Management Office has prepared guidance notes on archiving.

On completion of the study, the PI should submit a Project Archiving Record Form to the Research Management Office. A template is available which should be used to label archive boxes for all CTIMP studies. This template is for use with Avery Parcel labels L7165 which can be ordered through the EROS system.

The Trust currently uses the company, Restore, to archive its site files off site.  The address of Restore is as follows:
