Easy read leaflets
The learning disabilities team within the Trust have produced
leaflets in an easy read format in order to promote accessible
information for people with learning disabilities or people unable
to understand and process the written form of information.
Easy read information is the use of pictorial images supported
by the use of minimal and simple text written without jargon.
