Training in Homeopathic Medicine for Healthcare
Professionals
Our courses are open to: Dentists, Doctors, Nurses, Hygienists,
Midwives,Osteopaths, Pharmacists,Physiotherapists. Courses are
accredited by the Faculty of
Homeopathy which promotes academic and scientific thinking and
ensures the highest standards in teaching.
The course is organised in five modules.
Module 1 sets out to answer the questions:-What is homeopathic
medicine? Does it work? Is it scientifically valid? What is its
role and availability in contemporary medicine? What is its
clinical scope? What is its potential value to you and your
patients? What are its basic therapeutic principles? What would its
introduction into your therapeutic repertoire involve?
It will also suggest some simple medicines to provide experience of
efficacy in day-to-day practice.
Modules 2, 3, 4 & 5 provide a more complete introduction to
the therapeutic principles for those who may want to add it to
their clinical repertoire. The course as a whole provides a
thorough awareness of the subject, together with some limited
expertise in the use of homeopathic medicines in general practice
and covers the syllabus required for the Primary Health Care
examination. It prepares for entry into a more expansive programme
of study at intermediate level, which in turn eventually leads to
preparation for the MFHom examinations for those who wish to use
homeopathy as a special skill.
Faculty of Homeopathy Examination: Primary Health Care
